Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts and Responsibilities
Guest Usage and Accounts

Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Plans and Pricing
The core estimation features of Online Planning Poker are free. The Business plan is a paid subscription available in monthly and annual billing cycles. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and at checkout; the price presented at checkout is the price you agree to pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may not include applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST), which are calculated at checkout where required. We may change prices for renewals with prior notice; price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Free Trials
Paid subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 7 days). A payment method is collected when you start the trial, and your subscription converts to a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility to prevent abuse.
Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
- Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features.
- Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. If payment continues to fail, we may downgrade your account to the free plan or suspend access to paid features.
- Downgrade effect: When a subscription ends, paid features (team rooms, Jira sync, history and export, branding) stop being available, but we do not immediately delete the underlying data.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
Jira Integration
- The Jira integration connects to Atlassian's APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant on Atlassian's consent screen. You may revoke this authorization or disconnect the integration at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Jira site you authorize and that your use complies with Atlassian's own terms and your organization's policies.
- Actions you trigger (importing issues, syncing estimates, posting comments) are performed against your Jira site on your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing what your team syncs.
- Online Planning Poker is an independent product. Atlassian, Jira, and related marks are trademarks of Atlassian Corporation; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian. Third-party services may change or restrict their APIs, which can affect integration functionality.
- Our separate Online Planning Poker for Jira app from the Atlassian Marketplace is governed by its own End User Terms, not by these Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe's checkout and billing portal is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We never store your full card details on our servers.
