End User Terms — Jira App
These terms govern your use of the Online Planning Poker for Jira app installed from the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
The Agreement
These End User Terms are an agreement between the customer installing the Online Planning Poker for Jira app ("you") and Online Planning Poker ("we," "us"), the publisher of the app. They apply to the Marketplace app only — use of the onlineplanningpoker.com website is governed by our separate website Terms of Service.
Your use of the Atlassian Marketplace and of Jira itself is additionally governed by Atlassian's own terms. Online Planning Poker is an independent product; Atlassian, Jira, and related marks are trademarks of Atlassian Corporation, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian.
Your License
While your subscription (or evaluation) is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the users on your Jira site to use the app for your internal business purposes. You may not resell the app, remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer it except where the law permits, or use it to build a competing product.
Billing via Atlassian
- The app is sold as Paid via Atlassian: Atlassian handles all pricing, evaluations, invoicing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under the Atlassian Marketplace terms. We never receive your payment details.
- Pricing is shown on the app's Marketplace listing and may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle in accordance with Atlassian's Marketplace policies.
- If your subscription lapses, the app stops accepting new games and votes, but previously recorded games remain viewable and estimates already saved to your Jira issues are unaffected.
Your Data
The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform and stores its data inside your Atlassian environment; nothing is transmitted to us. What the app stores, for how long, and how to have it removed is described in the Jira app Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You remain responsible for the content your team puts into games (such as game names and issue data) and for changes the app makes to your Jira issues at your team's instruction.
Where the app processes personal data on your behalf under the GDPR or similar laws, our Data Processing Addendum also forms part of these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to circumvent licensing, probing or interfering with the app's operation on the Forge platform, or using it in violation of applicable law or Atlassian's terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.
Support and Availability
We provide support on a reasonable-efforts basis at [email protected]. The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform, so its availability depends on Atlassian's infrastructure; we do not offer a separate uptime guarantee. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time, and material changes are communicated through the Marketplace listing.
Warranties and Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Estimation results are produced by your team; we make no promises about their accuracy or suitability for planning decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination, Changes, and Contact
These terms end when you uninstall the app and your subscription ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) survive. Data handling on uninstall is described in the Jira app Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at this page, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
